Dear Valued Trimble Jobpac Connect Customers

We are pleased to announce that Jobpac Connect patch 2026.3.2 will be deployed on Friday, 16th October 2026, at 9 PM AEDT.

The details of the changes are:

Module - Accounts Payable

When editing an existing AP payment batch, adjusted part payment amounts fail to update on the Batch Selection screen, causing the Total Amount To Be Paid to display incorrectly and mismatch the generated preview report.

- Zendesk# 8049

'Display All Invoices' Action option in New AP Enquiry takes a long time to load for some small work Ids while returning instantly for others.

- Zendesk# 9257

Related Content in Subcontract Invoice Enquiry doesn't show related AP Invoice documents.

- Zendesk# 9259

The header record for the WBCNZ ABA file is omitted from the initial generation, causing the Resend option to produce inconsistent files that fail to match the original output.

- Internal Issue

Module - Accounts Receivable

When printing the Detailed Head Contract History Report in Excel format, job names containing double quotation marks (") break the report layout, resulting in corrupted column alignment and formatting issues.

- Internal Issue

Module - General Ledger

When adding a deposit directly within Bank Statement Matching, the system occasionally applies an incorrect narration to Direct Debit/Credit transactions.

- Zendesk# 9548

In Bank Statement Matching, historical EFT transactions dating back several years incorrectly reappear on the current bank reconciliation statement dates as unpresented items.

- Zendesk# 9549

Module - Payroll

When leave loading is applied to a cashed-out leave transaction, the loading amount is excluded from the superannuation calculation, causing the calculated superannuation total to be understated.

- Zendesk# 9182

Module - Subcontracts

In the PTA Reconciliation Reports, the company logo is oversized and overlaps adjacent header details, causing visual misalignment in the generated layout.

- Zendesk# 9587

When System Parameter SAGPAY position 22 is set to Y, the JOM form still displays when exiting the Subcontract Payment Authorization screen

- Internal Issue

Formatting changes in the Trust Account Trial Balance Statement (PTA and RTA) reports, and the Bank Reconciliation Report (RTA and PTA) reports.

- Internal Issue

Thank you for your cooperation.
